Processing of personal data
OHS handles your personal data in a prudent manner and in compliance with UAE Personal Data Act. Contracts with OHS serves as the basis for processing their personal data, which is contractually established. OHS must delete personal data if it is no longer required for its intended use. The data subject has the right to be forgotten.

Does the information need to be provided?
All information that OHS has is provided to us voluntarily in connection with the writing of a contract, whether in employment, customer relationship or supplier relationship.
When it comes to keeping a medical record, this is governed by law.
How long is the information kept?
OHS has good routines for storing, and erasing personal data, according to new guidelines. They are located in OHS management system for quality 9001 and information security 27001. Information shall not be stored for longer than necessary, based on the purpose for which it is stored. If information is not to be stored in accordance with the Archives Act or other legislation, it must be deleted.
Securing personal data
In the OHS Management system there are good procedures for information security. This ensures safe handling of your personal data (storage, and deletion).
Disclosure of information
You have the right to access the information OHS processes about you. Such information can be obtained by sending a written request to the General Manager. You can also correct any incorrect/incomplete information in the same way. When changing information (e.g. email, payment information, health conditions, next of kin info, etc.), we ask you to contact the ICT coordinator so that we can correct the information.
Rights of the data subject
Personal data may be processed when the data subject voluntarily consents.
The data subject is also entitled to:

Know the purpose
Know how long your information is stored
Know who the information is disclosed to
Right to withdraw consent and object to processing
Right to access, rectification, and deletion of information
The right to data portability, and the data controller is then obliged to provide this information
